Kingspan Karrier Systems
Kingspan Karrier insulated panel systems have been specifically designed to support a variety of decorative rainscreens. They can be specified with Shackerley’s SureClad™ ceramic granite, surestone, terracotta and natural stone ventilated façades to deliver maximum aesthetic appeal with excellent weather resistance, thermal, acoustic, fire and structural performance.
Karrier panels can be fixed to a lightweight steel framing system (SFS), available from Kingspan Steel Building Solutions. Alternatively, panels can be fixed to a braced Kingspan Multibeam purlin and rail system, available from Kingspan Structural Products & Systems. Shackerley’s façade panels are then mounted onto SureClad™ Access System BX horizontal rails which are attached to the Karrier system using Fab-Lok™ fixings.
Because Karrier makes a building watertight, it removes the façade from the critical path and enables internal fit out to start sooner.
QuadCore™ Karrier System
QuadCore Karrier comprises individual high performance insulated panels available as standard in a width of 1100mm. Panels can be cut making them ideal for projects with close window arrangements.
The lightweight panels can be manually lifted into position or can be installed with mechanical handling devices. This option is extremely flexible and can be considered at design and post design stages of a project.
